If you’re a Landlord in the UK, you have a legal requirement to provide a Gas Safety Certificate for every gas appliance in your rental property.

Making sure your rental property is safe

A gas safety certificate proves an appliance is safe and working properly. It must be renewed every year and without it you could be putting your tenants in danger and risking a heavy fine.

Whether you’ve got one property or a portfolio, we’ll ensure the process is simple and stress free. We’ll arrange the safety check with your tenant and send you an electronic copy of each certificate along with any recommendations.

Same day repairs and renewals

Our engineer will inform you if any emergency repairs are required and in most cases we can carry out those repairs the same day.

Every year we’ll send you a reminder one month before your certificate is due to expire so you don’t forget to renew it.
